It was a very well attended show with his band the 400 unit. The band’s name comes from the 400 Unit, a colloquial name for the psychiatric ward of Florence, Alabama’s Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. He rolled though some of his hits and even a Drive By Truckers tune or two. Jason was very young when he joined the Drive By Truckers and went on to his solo career he is touring on these days.
