Jimmy Buffett, Key West, April 1, 2015

Jimmy Buffett. I have been a fan since the early 1970’s. I have put a lot of gas in his tank, yeah a hell of a lot of gas in his tank, all for free and I may be easy but I ain’t cheap! I was backstage at the show in this video below but never even said a word to Jimmy. I am not going to publicly critique or even write much about the April 2015 San Carlos show. It was a great idea and I am glad he did it! I am biased as hell anyway. I had fun and that is what counts. I saw some cool people in Key West and enjoyed the warmth of the local climate. That is part of the attraction of live music to me, being with the people who love it like you do. I do love it. Until next time, I’ll see you, down the road.

My photo from the “Setlist Show” in Key West on Easter weekend 2015. The entire audience was less than 400 if that. There were many people I knew in the theater that night.
This video was from Duval Street and I was on the side of the stage having full access after working with the board of directors to manage all of the pieces to make this all happen. This all happened in a two week period leading up to the event and was a very fluid situation.
